2025 International Seminar

General Information

All participants are reminded to wear their name tags throughout the seminar for easy identification and security purposes. We hope the information below helps you better during the event and your stay.
  • 1. Accommodations
    • Glad Yeouido
    • A. Check-in/out
    • Hotel Check-in 15:00 / Check-out 11:00
    • B. Breakfast
    • Glad Hotel Yeouido serves a daily breakfast buffet at GREETS Restaurant on the lobby floor, from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
  • 2. Proceedings of the Seminar
    • Presenters are kindly requested to take their seats in front of their name cards on the center stage and prepare for their presentations.

    • The seminar will be conducted in English and Korean, with simultaneous interpretation provided between the two languages.

    • Coffee, tea, and light refreshments will be provided during the seminar.

  • 3. Transportation during the International Seminar

    A shuttle bus service will be provided by NARS between the hotel and the venue.


    • Tuesday, October 21, 2025

    • Transportation between the hotel and the National Assembly will be provided. Delegates are kindly requested to board the bus in front of the hotel by 9:00 a.m


    • Wednesday, October 22, 2025

    • For all delegates participating in the Post-Seminar Tour, please come to the hotel lobby by 9:20 a.m.

    • As the tour is expected to finish around 2:30 p.m., participants with flights departing on October 22 are advised to check out in the morning and request the front desk to store their luggage.

  • 4. Free Wi-Fi
    • Wireless internet is free and available in the National Assembly.

    • “Public WiFi Free” (no password required) / “Public WiFi Secure” (ID: wifi / PW: wifi)

  • 5. Electricity and Voltage
    • The standard voltage in Korea is 220 volts at 60 Hertz, and the outlet has two round holes. If you do not have a multi-voltage travel adapter, you may ask to borrow or purchase one from your hotel's front desk. You can also find them at the airport, retail stores, major duty-free shops, and even convenience stores.

  • 6. No Smoking
    • National Assembly is a smoke-free building. Smoking is not permitted. Smokers may use the designated smoking area outside the building.

  • 7. Muslim Prayer Room
    • The Prayer Room is prepared for Muslim participants at the National Assembly Members’ Office (Room #A203).
