On February 8, 2024, the National Assembly Research Service (Chief Park Sang Chul) signed a MOU with Sogang University Web 3.0 Technology Research Center (Head Park Soo Yong).

Unlike its predecessors, Web 3.0 promises a decentralized web where information can be trusted without the need for separate verification or authentication.
