This report reviewed the current status of protective and supporting policy for sexual violence victims and proposed improvement tasks focusing on sexual violence by relatives which has not been investigated and supported sufficiently. To prepare this report, we visited 9 institutions performing sexual violence victim protection and supporting policies for 8 months from April to December in 2013. It reviewed problems and improvement tasks of protective and supporting policy for sexual violence victims by relatives focusing on (1) supporting institution, (2) investigation and judgment process, (3) family support system, and (4) continuation of schooling and return to the society of the victims.
